Hello! We are The Green Gypsy. A professional fully insured dry-hire bartending company based out of Albany, Texas that offers you and your guests a one-of-a-kind bartending experience. Out of our vintage 1950's customized horse trailer, our certified bartenders serve weddings, parties and special events. No matter the occasion, The Green Gypsy is committed to providing you and your guests with a custom and memorable experience that will be talked about for days, and toasted to for years to come!

What is a Dry Hire Bar?
Let us customize a package for you!
Our charming trailer is available as a dry bar, which means you (the renter) provide the alcohol. Due to Texas laws, a mobile bar may not have a liquor license or supply any alcohol. However! We have partnerships with liquor distributors that can provide a discount. The Green Gypsy can provide non-alcoholic additions such as garnishes, set-ups, water, soda, ice, glassware, napkins and so on. We can do as much or as little as you would like. Just like all events are different, we have many different packages available.

We want all of our customers to experience the impressive level of professionalism when working with The Green Gypsy. All of our services exist to make your special day easier and stress free. You can trust us to supply you with the best produce and products, as well as top quality customer service.
How does this all work?
Here's what our services look like:
*During your free consultation, we can come up with a customized plan and I will supply you with a "shopping list" for your alcohol and quantities along with a suggested provider.
*On the day of the event, while you are enjoying your day and preparing, I will gather up your alcohol at the venue, and take care of the rest!
*We will clean up our space and leave any remaining alcohol with your designated recipient. It's yours to keep!

The Green Gypsy has an extensive cocktail menu that can be customized for your event. We specialize in delicious big-batch cocktails and ice-cold kegs so we can serve your guests fast and efficiently. No one wants to wait in a line at a party!
Do you want a signature cocktail for your event? We can help with that as well! Whether its the "Hook, Line and Sinker", the "Front Porch Daiquiri", the "Blushing Bride" or the "Landslide", let us make your night something to remember!

The Green Gypsy also has an extensive mocktail menu with fun recipes such as the "Bahama Mamma Mocktail" or the "Judge", perfect for providing a non-alcoholic option or for a completely alcohol-free party.

Hello! We are the Henry's. We have been married for 32 years!! David is an electrician and I work in an elementary school library. We love camping, fishing and just hanging out in the backyard grilling.
David's favorite drink is an Angry Palmer! I enjoy a traditional margarita!
Parker
Bartender
Parker, our son, is an EMT and recently finished TEEX A&M fire training. He enjoys anything outdoor related. His hobbies include strongman training, metal smithing, deep-sea fishing, hunting and snowboarding. He is also on the volunteer fire department.
Parker's favorite drink - is a root beer :D
Justin and Makaela
Bartenders
Makaela is our daughter and Justin is our son-in-law! Justin is in the oil and gas industry and a graduate of South Plains. Mak is a third-grade teacher and a graduate of HSU. Almost married three years, they recently had their first child. They usually enjoy traveling, fishing and snowboarding. More recently however, they have been mostly changing diapers and loving on their sweet baby!
Justin's favorite drink is a red snapper and these days, Mak favors orange juice!

More About The Green Gypsy
Our Story
The Green Gypsy concept was conceived out of empty nester syndrome. After raising two kids who showed livestock, played multiple sports and took many lessons, David and Megan (okay, so it was mostly Megan) looked around and wanted to do something with their old stock trailer and her newfound time. Thus, their third child, The Green Gypsy was born. The vintage green trailer represents this new chapter of their lives. Of course, like everything we do, this is a family affair and you will see those chicks returning to the nest to help bartend every once in a while. XOXO
